What is Help Me Grow?

Who is Eligible?

• Newborns, infants and toddlers under the age of 3 and their families.

What services does Help Me Grow provide?

• 1-800 phone number that gives you referrals to your family

• Answers to questions about your infant or toddler's health and well-being.

• Support and information about your infant or toddler's immunization, nutrition and development.

• Offers and brings together special services such as prenatal visits, home visiting and support to your family and children.
